Coleg Ceredigion’s Bwyty Maes y Parc has launched an exciting new service to tap into popular demand.
On Wednesdays, from noon until one, the Cardigan-based training restaurant are unveiling a “quick service” menu that will enable customers to mix and match starters, main courses and desserts. This service will run until the 15th of October.
Over the years, the celebrated catering department has proved to be a valuable launch pad for many who want to work in professional catering; with some former students establishing themselves in world-class and Michelin star restaurants.
