Magistrates have withdrawn a charge against a Henllan man accused of driving without a valid licence.
Ludovic Jocelin Francis Dieumegard, aged 37, of Blaenwenllan Farmhouse, appeared at Aberystwyth Justice Centre on Wednesday.
A charge of driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence was formally withdrawn, following an examination of his French driver’s licence.
Dieumegard is also accused of driving without third party insurance in Aberaeron on February 20, and confirmed his not guilty plea on Wednesday.
The case was adjourned until October 9.
