Members of POINT, Fishguard-based young people’s project, raised money through bag packing at the local Co-op and donated some of the money to Theatr Gwaun.
The donation went towards Theatr Gwaun’s new digital projector, which was also funded by the Arts Council Of Wales, and Collaborative Communities.
Chairman of the Trustees of Theatr Gwaun, Richard Goswell, was on hand to receive the generous donation, and was delighted that local young people got involved to support the venue’s upgrade, which provides much better sound and image quality, and the chance for more frequent and up-to-the-minute movies in Fishguard.
