A Llandysul man appeared before a judge at Swansea crown court today to deny a charge of wounding.
Cefin Owen Edwards, aged 35, is accused of wounding Eric Douglas Driscoll with intent during an incident on December 15 last year.
He also denied a lesser, alternative charge of wounding Mr Driscoll but without intent.
Edwards, of Bryn Siriol, Rhos, Llandysul, will stand trial on a date to be fixed.
He was granted bail meanwhile.
