The Eagle Inn in Castle Street, Cardigan, has won a silver award in Ceredigion's Best Bar None awards.
The Eagle Inn, Cardigan have previously won two bronze awards - these are given for commitment to raising standards in premises and promoting responsible drinking. This time, they achieved a silver award - the only premises in Cardigan town to receive a Best Bar None award 2013-14. Premises are independently assessed by officers of the Authority and Dyfed-Powys Police.
The award was presented to landlady Annie Warren by chair of licensing Cllr Catrin Miles and Ceredigion chairman Cllr John Adams-Lewis.
