The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority is inviting people to share their views on what kind of National Park they want to see in the future.

The Authority faces significant reductions in its funding over the next few years, and is reviewing its future priorities and consulting widely as a result.

National Park Authority Chief Executive Tegryn Jones said: “The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is your park and we’re asking for your views on the work we carry out in order to keep it special for everyone to enjoy both now and in years to come.

“This consultation is an important component of our approach to managing ongoing reductions in our funding as it encompasses every area of our work and will help inform our decisions on the future priorities of the National Park Authority.

“We want to engage with as many people as possible from a wide range of backgrounds to find out what people feel are the most important aspects of the National Park Authority’s work.

“We want to hear from local people, businesses and visitors to the area to create a clear picture of what the public’s priorities are. This is your chance to have your say and we’ve designed our short survey to only take a few minutes of people’s time.”

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park was designated in 1952 and boasts 240 square miles of breathtaking coast and countryside.
