Caravan owners urged to be vigilant

First published in News

A lawn mower and extension cable were stolen from a storage unit outside a caravan at Brownhills Caravan Site, Synod Inn, between June 26 and July 8.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Claire Barnes on 101.

PC Barnes said:“I would advise caravan owners to be vigilant and to ensure they maintain appropriate security.

“Offenders tend to choose unoccupied caravans with a lot of natural coverage and easy escape routes through the caravan sites.”

“Don’t put it down, put it away, and get the children to put their bikes away as well. If it is of value to you it will be of value to someone else too.”
