Two cases against a Cardigan man have been withdrawn by magistrates, after they heard he was already in custody.
Steven Lester Brown, aged 28, of 34 Feidr Fair, was due to appear before Aberystwyth magistrates on Wednesday.
He faced charges of driving a Ford Transit without third party insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Cardigan on February 18.
The court heard that Brown was currently in prison, and both cases were withdrawn.
