Penparc Carnival Queen for 2014 was selected by Mr and Mrs Terry Page. The Queen is Elin Williams and her attendants are Mia Lloyd, Lleucu-Hâf Thomas, Leon Jamieson and Ryan Morgan. The carnival will be held on Saturday 12th July with the parade assembling at Penparc Square at 1.30pm.
