The Crown Prosecution Service has formally discontinued a case involving a St Dogmaels 69 year-old who was accused of driving without insurance.
Rosemary Jenkins of Cefn, Longdown bank, denied driving a BMW without third party insurance in Crymych on January 28.
Aberystwyth magistrates formally discontinued the case on Wednesday morning.
