The owner of a Pontsian house is to be ordered to make roof slates secure, following safety concerns.
On Wednesday Aberystwyth magistrates agreed an order requiring Issac Baynard Gadbury to complete works at 1 Clettwr Terrace, within 30 days.
The court heard that Mr Gadbury, who was not present, was the owner of the terraced property, where loose roof tiles were presenting a potential danger to neighbours accessing their gardens.
