Dog walkers are being given a helping hand to clear up after their pets in Aberporth.
The local community council has funded ten dog bag dispensers which are being placed on the coast path, at the entrances to Dyffryn beach - dogs are banned from the smaller Dolwen beach in the summer - and nearby Parcllyn.
Cllr Gethin Davies has been putting the dispensers in place.
"It's all about keeping the village clean and tidy for everyone," he said.
