Llwynhelyg Farm Shop had a VIP visitor this week - Welsh Assembly presiding officer Dame Rosemary Butler.
Dame Rosemary met farm shop owners Jenny and Teifi Davies two years ago when they were attending a Welsh food event at the Senedd.
"She promised that if she was ever in Ceredigion she would come and see us and she was true to her word!" said Jenny.
Dame Rosemary took the opportunity to stock up on Welsh produce at the award-winning Sarnau shop and was given information about all the local suppliers.
"I'm very impressed - it is a real treasure trove," she said.
"It is so important to celebrate our own Welsh produce."
