New Quay and Gwbert coastguard rescue teams and RAF Rescue 169 were tasked to a report of a 61 year-old man who was overdue from a walk after scaling a grassy bank on Saturday evening.
The teams stood down after the man arrived at the arranged rendezvous point safe and well.
