Members of the public reported 51 fallen trees in 40 locations in south Ceredigion on Wednesday.
The local authority received nearly 200 calls regarding storm damage and requests for information during the severe weather.
The Authority was asked to cordon off or close roads near unsafe buildings, including High Street, Cardigan.
