Fiona Williams and Rhian Blackford, Information and Advice Officers, receiving flowers as a thank you from Age Cymru Ceredigion following their achievement of the Advice Quality Standard. This quality accreditation proves that the organisation can provide a consistently high level of response, particularly with regard to support with poverty which is an issue for more and more older people in the county. However, the organisation is presently struggling following the budget cuts especially with the increased workload. If you would like to help out or know of anyone who might need our help, there is more information on the website www.agecymru.org.uk/ceredigion.
