A court case involving an allegation of driving without due care and attention has been formally discontinued by Aberystwyth magistrates.
Robert Darren Pleavin, aged 33, of 6 Bryn Glas, Rhos, Wrexham, was due to face the charge on Wednesday, after it was alleged he drove a Subaru Legacy near Synod Inn without due care and attention on July 19, and was involved in a collision.
The defendant had previously entered a not guilty plea.
