A 44-year-old man is to stand trial accused of possessing a wooden baseball bat as an offensive weapon in High Street Llandysul last month.
During an alleged incident on December 29 Peter Edward Hinchen of Spring Croft, 3 High Street, Llandysul, is also alleged to have used threatening behaviour towards two police officers.
At Ceredigion Magistrates Court last week the case against Hinchen was adjourned for trial on Tuesday, March 18 and he was given conditional bail.
