The British Red Cross is working in partnership with Ceredigion’s Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) to provide a mobile outreach service to local residents.

Each Monday the British Red Cross will be at the ICES stores, Aeron Valley Enterprise Park, Felin-fach, 1pm to 3pm.

This will allow clients, service users, family members and friends to visit specially trained outreach workers for advice on daily living aids and to have the opportunity to purchase or hire this equipment, designed for patient rehabilitation and for supporting independence.

Service users and patients can also access this service by visiting mobile support centres located or by calling 01239615686, or 07545926553.

The mobile centre will be at Newcastle Emlyn Mart car park on Wednesdays, 10.30am to 11.30am; Cardigan Red Cross Office, Teifi Business Park, on Thursdays 9.30am to 12pm; and Aberaeron Memorial Hall, Mondays, 10am to 11am.

People are advised to call The British Red Cross before visiting mobile support centres.
