Jig-So Children’s Centre is launching a new satellite service in St Dogmaels. The first session will take place in the Memorial Hall on 15th January 2014 11.30 – 14.30. Jig-So satellites are run by experienced staff and provide a wide variety of supported play opportunities for children and their families. Any child, accompanied by a parent or carer or the whole family is welcome to attend for part or the whole session. The sessions provide a great opportunity for children to socialise with others and for parents and carers to get to know other families in their area. There is no charge to access the satellite. A healthy lunch will be available for a small charge. The St Dogmaels satellite is part-funded by the community charity Hanes Llandoch (The Coach House, St Dogmaels) through their Big Lottery project “Estyn Dwylo”. This is the latest addition to Jig-So’s existing satellite services which run monthly in Llanarth, Parcllyn, Llechryd, Betws Ifan and Drefach Felindre. For more information, contact Angela Springett, Jig-So’s Senior Outreach Worker on 07791255652 or 01239 615922.
