Girlguiding Cymru have visited Santa to ask him for help with finding new volunteers.
Amelia aged 9, Mali aged 8 and Mari aged 5 found Santa with their letter ‘Dear Santa, all we want for Christmas is some grown-ups…’
Girlguiding Cymru has been a leading charity for girls and young women in Wales since 1910. The charity is looking for volunteers to join local groups in the community. The organisation is hugely popular, with more than 20,000 members and volunteers across Wales.
In the Ceredigion area there are 321 girls and young women between the ages of 5-25, and more than 31 units with 93 volunteers.
“Growing Guiding is our number one challenge, as we want to share this great game with as many young girls and women as possible” Said Felicity Ladbrooke, Chief Commissioner for Girlguiding Cymru.
