A NEWCASTLE Emlyn youngster recently cut off her long locks for a children’s charity.
Lily Rees, aged 11, had a hair cut for The Little Princess Trust, a charity that provides real hair wigs to children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy treatment, at Talking Heads hairdressers, during Newcastle Emlyn’s Victorian night.
So far Lily has raised more than £1,000 but hopes to raise more, as on average one real hair wig from the Little Princess Trust costs £350.
To donate, visit Lily’s JustGiving page or text LBHC66 with the pledge number 70070. Even the smallest of donations would be welcome.
Lily and her family are grateful to Talking Head Hair Designers, Newcastle Emlyn, for their support.
