A LOCAL couple who opened up a unique visitor attraction 25 years ago have now retired.
John and Dorothy Devereux started up Felinwynt Rainforest Centre, near Aberporth, in 1988, and hope new owners will take over the centre in the near future.
The couple have a passion for rainforests and butterflies, and created an idyllic rainforest on the Ceredigion coast6, which has been accredited as a Visit Wales Quality Assured Visitor Attraction.
Mr and Mrs Devereux said: “We would like to thank all those who supported us over the years. Hopefully the Centre will have new owners for the next year and we hope you will give them your support too.”
