CALLS have been made to move forward on plans for a walking path along the Teifi Valley.
Local councillor Lyndon Lloyd said the number of walkers in the area was increasing.
"There were plans for a path starting in Cenarth and going along the Teifi," he told this week's Ceredigion Cabinet meeting.
"What is the position with that?"
Rights of Way officer Ian Dutch said that the Teifi Trail was still on the agenda but that funding from Europe had dried up.
"It's still under consideration," said council leader Cllr Ellen ap Gwynn.
