Work is underway on new Community Resource Centre

Building work is underway on Crymych’s new Community Resource Centre.
The new facility on the Old Mart Site will solve the issues of the temporary current GP practice.
The Community Resource Centre is being developed by Hywel Dda Health Board in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council and Family Housing Association as part of their Homes for Life and Day Centre Development.
The new centre will include a new GP surgery as well as facilities for Hywel Dda Health Board staff such as midwives, health visitors, district nurses and therapists.
One of the main benefits of the facility will mean healthcare staff will be on the same site as social services staff which will result in more joined up working and better overall care for patients.
The Community Resource Centre is set to open in 2014
