Year anniversary since man went missing
10:11am Monday 11th March 2013 in News
Yesterday was a year since the disappearance of 37 year old Owain Mon Roberts from Cardigan. This has been an incredibly difficult time for his family, and after a year they are once again appealing for help and asking that anyone who may have any information relating to his whereabouts or his disappearance contact the police.
The last confirmed sighting of Owain was on Saturday morning, 10th March 2012, when he left his home in Cardigan, to go for a walk on the Ceredigion Coastal path. There have been no confirmed sightings since. Officers have acted upon all pieces of information or possible sightings they have received but he remains a missing person. We are therefore reminding people that anyone with any possible information that they haven’t got in touch with previously should do so now, no matter how insignificant it may seem.
Owain’s family said; “We are still looking for him and haven’t given up hope. If you have any information that could help please contact the police.”
Dyfed-Powys Police officers handed out leaflets in the Mwnt and Cardigan Road area of Cardigan on Sunday. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Dyfed Powys Police on 101.
