Woman on heroin charge

A 38-year-old local woman has been arrested and charged with possession of the Class A drug heroin.
Ashley Jane Allen, 11 Heol Y Felin, Penparc, who was represented by Alan Lewis, was alleged to have had a quantity of diamorphine in her possession in Cardigan on October 29 last year.
The defendant did not appear at Ceredigion Magistrates Court and the matter was adjourned for seven days.
