Cardigan RNLI Inshore Lifeboat and Penrhyn Coastguards were tasked to investigate reports of a small tender drifting near the Cardigan Bar yesterday afternoon (Sunday).
The vessel was found to have been washed out from a river bank, with no-one at risk.
