Locals to be quizzed about parking

A QUESIONNAIRE is to be distributed around Newcastle Emlyn asking locals about problems they have with parking on mart days.
Started by Cllr Haydn Jones, the town council is supporting the project.
"I need to have detailed information about the difficulties people are having so that I can get Carmarthenshire council to do something about the problems," he said.
