Teenagers for trial
Two days have been set aside for a trial in which two teenagers are accused of using threatening behaviour and one of them charged with common assault on a woman in Cardigan town centre.
David Craig Morris aged 18, formerly of Albion Terrace, Cardigan, and now living at the Windsor Hotel in Aberystwyth, who was represented by Ann Griffiths, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Nia Elizabeth Forster by beating at Pendre on February 22. He admitted using threatening behaviour.
Robert Owen Pascall, also 18, of 59 North Road, Cardigan, who was represented by Alan Lewis, denied using threatening behaviour.
The case, in which 16 witnesses are to give evidence, was adjourned for trial at Aberystwyth on July 7 and July 8. Both defendants were given unconditional bail.
