CARDIGAN’S Theatr Mwldan will be screening the All’Opera production of Don Pasquale - a lively comic masterpiece created by composer Gaetano Donizetti – on Tuesday, May 22 (7.15pm).
The story follows Don Pasquale, an old bachelor who insists on meddling in his nephew Ernesto’s love life. However Ernesto proves disobedient and ignores his shallow uncle’s requests.
Determined to get his own way Pasquale chooses a bride for him, but all is not as it seems…
This entertaining production from All’Opera was captured live at an earlier date at Teatro Alla Scala - the beautiful opera house in Milan, Italy.
