After an 11 night sold out residency at London’s Soho Theatre earlier this year, one of Britain’s finest comedians and broadcasters, Marcus Brigstocke, is taking his hit Edinburgh Fringe critically acclaimed show, Je m’accuse – I am Marcus on tour around the UK this autumn and will be visiting Theatr Mwldan, Cardigan on September 20, 8pm.

Marcus said:“Je m’accuse – I am Marcus. Podium dancer, oil rig worker, food addict, musical theatre enthusiast, posh, eco-hypocrite, ex-Goth, muppet fan, award winning comedian and chief beverages operator at the Little Chef – screw politics! Let’s talk about me.”

Marcus’ talent was noted early on in his career in 1996 when he won the BBC New Comedian Award at the Edinburgh Festival. He is now regarded as a major comedy, writing and acting talent, performing stand up nationally to sell out audiences around the UK and globally at international comedy festivals.

BBC Radio 4 has become somewhat of a second home to him with regular appearances on The Now Show and Just A Minute, and he has notched up an impressive list of TV credits including team captain on Argumental (DAVE) and the host of BBC4’s The Late Edition and I’ve Never Seen Star Wars. He has also recently appeared in the West End and toured with the award-winning hit musical ‘Spamalot’ where he played the role of King Arthur to much critical acclaim. Earlier this year he took part in Channel 4’s Winter Games entertainment show, The Jump.

Tickets are £15, available from Theatr Mwldan’s Box Office on 01239 621200, online at www.mwldan.co.uk, or via smart phone by visiting mwldan.ticketsolve.com/mobile.
