Newport Music Society’s next concert is on July 13, 4pm at Ebenezer Chapel, Lower St Mary Street, featuring Nicola Thomas (cellist) and friends.
Nicola makes music in a very professional but accessible way and makes it fun for both performers and audiences. The second half of the concert features Gwyn Morris (Bass Baritone) and Robert Jenkins (Tenor) to be accompanied by Marged Rees on the piano. In addition, some poems will be read by Peter George in celebration of the centenary of Dylan Thomas.
