London-based Australian-British pianist Jayson Gillham captured the hearts and interest of music lovers across Britain with his performances in the renowned 2012 Leeds International Piano Competition. As a finalist he performed Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto with the Halle Orchestra and conductor Sir Mark Elder in the Leeds Town Hall.

Jayson will be appearing on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune prior to his concert at London’s prestigious Wigmore Hall on Monday 27th January.

Promoted by The Peter Gould Music Trust his concert, which includes the Beethoven’s Two Rondos, Op 51, the Sonata in A Op 101 and Schumann’s Etudes Syphoniques, Op 13, will be taking place at Theatr Mwldan on Saturday 25th January at 7.30. Tickets for the recital are available from the Box Office (£12 (£10) and £1 under 22).
