Cellar bards get spooky
12:01pm Wednesday 16th October 2013 in What's on
WITH Halloween approaching the Cellar Bards get scary this week with several regulars promising to read a ghost story or eerie poem or two at their popular monthly live literature event.
Writers of poetry, short stories, micro-fiction or novels are all invited to go along and read to a friendly audience during the open mic sessions on Friday (October 25) at the Cellar Bar in Cardigan.
The event starts at 8pm. If you want to read some of your work (it doesn’t have to be spooky!) just put your name down at the door.
If you don’t want to read, just come along and listen to a great variety of entertaining words -- from spectral creepy to funny to sad to angry and fiercely political – by talented local writers.
Entry is £3. The bar opens at 7.30pm.
See The Cellar Bards Facebook page for more information.
