Margaret Maclean, formerly Norwood, of Aberporth, died in West Wales General Hospital at the age of 94 on Friday.
A headteacher by profession, Mrs Maclean originally moved to Elm Cottage, Aberporth, from Manchester when she retired 30 years ago.
She leaves behind a large family, including grandchildren Robert Mangan and Erica Jones, who invite you to her funeral in Aberporth.
