The junction at Penrodyn is "an accident waitin to happen," according to community councillors.
Parked cars make it difficult for traffic to come out of the junction and often block the entrance to the lane next to Morawel.
Community councillors are now asking the county council to lay double yellow lines before the next bank holiday.
