Goldsmiths College teamed up with Lewisham's Alive to bring an open day to members of the public and potential students alike.
More than 4,000 visitors from all over the country and overseas came to enjoy performances and art displays at the college last Saturday.
As well as the opportunity for potential students to talk to tutors and ask about courses, there was music, drama, story-telling, face-painting and Strawberry the Clown to keep everyone entertained.
Local groups were included in the line-up of performers including Heart and Soul, Dagarti, Danny Lane Dancers, the Entelechy Arts Group and Manda Acaru.
The open day's organiser, Vicky Annand, said: “This is now the third year we've run an open day and festival.
“But this is the first year we have been able to link up with Lewisham's Alive.
“It has been a huge success, there was a great atmosphere.
“My feet are still hurting I danced so much.”
