RATCLIFFE Cecil Peacefully at Glangwili Hospital on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, Cecil George Ratcliffe, 13 Glanyrafon, Cenarth aged 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Edna, much loved father of Susan, Anne, Mark and Wayne, respected father-in-law of Eric, Sara and Suzi, proud grandfather of Tracy, Neil, Matthew, Josh, Harry, Jodie and Luke, cherished great-grandfather, dear brother of Elsie, Gladys and the late Charles and James. Public funeral service on Wednesday, November 29 at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 3.15pm.
