Joel Howell Peacefully surrounded by his family at his home 42, Bro Teifi, Cardigan on Saturday 25th February aged 84 years. Beloved husband to Doreen loving father to Janet and Wendy cherished dadcu to Matthew and Lauren, dear brother to David and the late Ken and fond father-in-law to Chris. Public funeral service to be held at St. Michael's Church, Llanfihangel y Creuddyn on Thursday 2nd March 2017 at 11am. Family flowers only.
