PHILLIPS Elfriede Peacefully at Bronglais Hospital on Friday, September 30, 2016, Elfriede Barbara Phillips (formerly of 23 Hillfield Place, Parcllyn) aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Rees she was a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Private funeral service on Wednesday, October 12 at the Netpool Chapel of Rest, Cardigan at 11.00am, followed by interment at Llechryd Cemetery.
